Toni is a seasoned travel marketing professional with over 10 years of experience across tourism boards, destination marketing and strategic communications. She previously held key roles at the Hong Kong Tourism Board and Japan National Tourism Organization, managing high-impact campaigns, trade engagement programs and media relations.
Her work has earned recognition from industry bodies including Investment NSW and Mumbrella. Toni is passionate about cultural exchange and creating meaningful travel experiences.
Toni Fan was born in Hong Kong and raised in Sydney so she proudly calls both cities home, with each holding a special place in her heart. Her international experience includes three years working in Japan and another three in Hong Kong, which has shaped her into a fluent trilingual speaker of English, Japanese and Cantonese.
Outside of work, Toni is passionate about outdoor and team sports. She enjoys skiing, ice hockey, hiking and enjoys watching professional baseball.
