Dylan Hearne

Dylan is a seasoned travel professional with over 20 years’ experience spanning the fields of coach touring, FIT, bed banks, and cruise. Having visited 53 countries—including nearly 20 trips to the USA, with seven of those exploring the four islands of Hawaii—he is exceptionally well-equipped to support clients with both core products and in-depth destination insights.

Dylan’s career began with six years assisting Adelaide travellers in finding their perfect escapes, after which he discovered a passion for sales management. His journey led him from AAT Kings’ coach touring adventures to FIT at Creative Holidays, before heading north to Brisbane, where his enthusiasm for ocean travel was ignited at P&O Cruises. A period with Hotelbeds expanded his expertise in accommodation, and the lure of the sea soon returned with a role on NCL’s pioneering Australian team. Participation in the TIME Mentor programme helped him navigate his way to Back-Roads Touring, where he spent six rewarding years leading sales teams through some of the world’s hidden gems. Most recently, Dylan ventured into travel technology with eRoam, before bringing his wealth of industry experience to represent Aqua-Aston Hotels, Alamo, and The Great American West.

When not connecting Australian travellers with Hawaii’s perfect waves and the spirit of aloha, Dylan can often be found seeking out the nearest coffee nook or local brewery—for research purposes, naturally.
